Taking Practice Management Representation to the Next Level

The Institute of General Practice Management is excited to announce the appointment of three new exceptional Directors to the board.

Following the retirement of Nicola Davies, Adrian Down (he/him), Managing Partner from Lincolnshire, Ceri Chaplin (he/him), Managing Partner from Herefordshire, and Ed Kennedy (he/him), Managing Partner from Winchester have taken on roles in the growing executive board of the IGPM alongside existing members, Robyn Clark, Managing Partner from Bristol, and newly appointed Chair, Kay Keane, Practice Manager from Manchester.

The five-member strong board are focusing on the growth on recognition for managers in practice, growth of the accreditation scheme and professional register, championing the voice of the members, and, of course, supporting the existing membership body.

The team is supported by a network of regional representatives, all who are in practice management roles, from Practice Managers to PCN Managers throughout the UK.

It’s an incredibly exciting time for the growing Institute, Kay said “Watch this space, we’ve got some amazing things planned for 2025 and beyond”. If you’re not a member, then now is the time to sign up!
