IGPM 2026/27 Fees

From April 2026, the annual IGPM membership fee will be £10 per month, or £13 per month for members who wish to retain accreditation and remain listed on the professional register.

Since the IGPM was founded in 2020, we have intentionally kept our membership fees at an introductory level while growing the organisation and establishing the IGPM as the only dedicated professional body representing managers working in general practice. During this time, we have absorbed significant increases in operational costs in order to build strong foundations and ensure members received meaningful value and support.

As the organisation has grown, so too has what we provide. Membership now supports national advocacy on behalf of practice managers, direct engagement with NHS England and other stakeholders, the ongoing development and maintenance of the professional register, accreditation and revalidation

n frameworks, member resources, guidance, events, and responsive support for managers at every stage of their career.

Like many organisations, we are now facing continued increases in operational and delivery costs. To ensure the IGPM remains sustainable, independent, and able to continue representing and supporting practice managers effectively, we need to make this change.

To keep membership as accessible as possible, we offer a monthly direct debit option of £10 or £13, spreading the cost across the year. This allows us to invest in the organisation, strengthen our services, and continue to provide the advocacy, professional recognition, and collective voice that practice managers rely on.

We remain committed to offering clear value, transparency, and support for our members, and we are grateful for the trust you place in the IGPM.
