I am passionate about the Practice Managers role and primary care as a whole. I have over 25 years’ experience in Primary care, with 20 of those as a Practice and Business Manager. I recently graduated from Bradford University with a MSc in Health and Social Care Management and have just started her CIPD level 7 qualification. I am driven by change and development and has a drive and determination for other managers to develop and have the opportunity to be heard.
