I have worked in Primary care since 1989, starting as a Receptionist and working my way up to Management level. I have been involved in Research at practice since 1995 and even helped contribute to the first Practice managers guide to research, I then became a Research Champion for the area. I gained my Primary Care management Diploma via the Southampton University in 2004 and have been mainly a Practice Manager since then. I have been involved with the PCN since the beginning in July 2019 and in April 2024 made the change to become a full time PCN Manager.
