After 30 years as a solicitor, I entered the world of general practice management back in 2017.  In equal measure, the most challenging and difficult AND the most rewarding job I have ever had.

I am now a partner in my practice.

The only reason I am still in a job is because of the help and support I have received from other practice/PCN management colleagues who have always been overly generous with their time, expertise and experience.

That is why I am such a big fan of IGPM – because I want everyone to have access to the sort of support network that kept me afloat.
