IGPM Referral and Disciplinary Procedure

The Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM) maintains high professional standards for its members. When a member is believed to have fallen short of these expectations or breached the Code of Conduct, a formal referral process is in place. This document outlines the steps for submitting a referral, who is eligible to make one, how investigations are carried out, and what outcomes may follow. It ensures that all cases are handled fairly, consistently, and with respect for due process.
