I have 20 years’ experience as a Practice Manager with particular interests in HR and peer support. My greatest achievement is the successful recruitment and retention of a long serving practice team with a real culture of positivity. I recently completed my ILM L5 in Coaching and Mentoring and enjoy seeing the difference we can make for others through the gift of our time.

In my own time I am an avid parkrunner, walker, geocacher and enjoy exploring in our self-converted campervan Lola. Being outdoors provides me a real disconnect from our busy work life and enables me to fully recharge my batteries.
