As a dedicated Practice Manager since 2005, I have been committed to enhancing the operations and experiences within a GP surgery from the age of 23. Having lived in Medway all my life, I bring a deep understanding of the community and a passion for making general practice a positive experience for both staff and patients. In my spare time, I enjoy engaging in immersive experiences that broaden my perspective and inspire innovative approaches to practice management.
