Sam has a strong background in customer service and administration, gaining her experience primarily working within the NHS and the recruitment sector.
Having spent 3 years working in the South Western Ambulance patient transport control room until the contract was awarded to the private sector, she jumped at the chance to return to the NHS when a receptionist job at a GP practice became available.
The practice was a great fit, and she was happy to be working for her long-time friend, Robyn Clark, who was the Practice Manager at the time.
After a couple of years, she took maternity leave to have her son, Phin, now 4.
When her leave ended, Sam was offered the role of Membership Officer at The IGPM, and she has been with us ever since!
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and friends, completing logic puzzles, and indulging in the occasional sci-fi TV show.
