I have been Management Partner at Compass House Medical Centres in Brixham for over nine years and am one of the Devon & Cornwall Representatives for the IGPM. I also work closely with Devon LMC as a PM Executive, Professional Support Officer and Coach, with a strong passion for supporting PMs, GPs and their teams. I have also designed and deliver leadership development programmes for practice managers, aspiring managers and GP leaders, alongside providing coaching and mentoring. My specialist interests centre on supporting people to become the best versions of themselves. With an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology in Organisations and Leadership, I am also an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and mindfulness teacher, bringing a holistic, evidence-based approach. My areas of interest include people development, leadership, wellbeing, coaching, training, strategy and finance, and I am passionate about helping leaders and teams in general practice thrive.
