I have worked in Primary Care for 26 years and I still love it as much as the day I started. I am passionate about staff development and really embrace change and a good challenge. I work at a fast pace and can therefore struggle at times with the ‘red tape’, but I have learnt over the years to accept this and refocus my attention in other areas that I can help influence. That is why I am particularly happy and proud to be a regional rep for the IGPM and LMC PM rep where I can help channel my efforts and provide support and guidance to any other practice managers where Needed.
