Dominique is the IGPM National Lead for Wales and an experienced Practice Manager since 2014 working Madryn House Surgery in North Wales since 2020. Known for her clear, structured approach to operational improvement. With a background shaped by military discipline and frontline leadership, she brings a practical, resilient mindset to the challenges facing general practice.
Dominique has led major access, workflow, and governance projects across primary care in England Wales and Northern Ireland, with a strong focus on sustainable processes, patient‑centred systems, and whole‑team consistency. She is widely recognised for her ability to simplify complexity, build confident teams, and turn strategic ideas into workable solutions.
In her national role, Dominique represents Welsh practice managers in discussions with Welsh Government, HEIW, HIW, LMCs, clusters, and system partners. She is a committed advocate for professionalising the practice management role and strengthening standards and collaboration across Wales.
